I'm Arlette and set this business up with a vision of creating simple versatile quality garments for people to wear everyday, all over the world. We work with artisans in Peru working exclusively with the supreme natural fibre, alpaca.
Why? I am passionate about keeping their traditional craftsmanship alive where the artisans have the expertise of working with the suprement natural fibre, alpaca. In turn, we are encouraging international trade and export, advocating alpaca as the ultimate fibre to work with which is sustainable, ethical, biodegrable and renewable!
The result being feel good Arlette Lee - Ruanas which feel great, as well as supporting a community of artisans. Preserving nature with style.
